Postage and Handling:
Shipping in the United States $6.25 for 1 item
Then add $1.50 per item after that.
Example: 5 books: $12.25 P&H
Canadian orders:
$8.75 for the first item
then $6.00 per item after that
Example: 3 books or tapes: $20.75 P&H
Money orders must be drawn on an American bank in U.S. dollars
All other foreign orders:
$16.00 postage and handling for the first item and $7.50 for each subsequent item. Please pay by International Money Order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars
